As a Triangle Home Sales Specialist, I sell homes in many areas including Cary, Apex, Raleigh, Chapel Hill, Pittsboro, Hillsborough, Durham, Morrisville, Garner, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Johnston County and other areas as well.
Currently a NC Licensed Realtor/Broker, I have Relocation Certification, CDPE - Certified Distressed Property Expert Designation, Training with Short Sales, Home Staging, and more. I previously Held my Florida RE License for 8 years AND worked 9+ Years in Mortgage Banking Industry with a National Lender.
I`ve been Triangle resident since 1997. Personally experiencing a corporate relocation from Florida has made me sensitive to the needs of individuals and families relocating to and from our area.
Volunteering and helping others is important to me. I am or have been an Active Volunteer in local schools, my church, youth athletics and the community.

As a licensed NC Real Estate Broker, I attend post-licensing courses and stay up to date on the current market conditions, lending practices, home and inspection changes, internet marketing, and more. A sample of courses I`ve completed include Certified Relocation Associate, Short Sale, and Home Staging. I`m always looking for courses which are beneficial to my clients.
